Every Process, In-House
Keeping production in-house means faster samples, tighter QC and prices without middlemen. Our floor plan covers the full journey of a box:
- Pre-press & proofing studio with color management
- Offset, digital and flexo printing (up to 8 colors + foil)
- Automatic lamination, spot-UV and embossing lines
- Die-cutting, creasing and window-patching equipment
- Rigid box, drawer box and mailer assembly lines
- In-house QC lab - burst, drop, moisture and ink tests
Checked at Every Step
Incoming materials
Paper grammage, board thickness and moisture verified against spec on arrival.
On-press checks
Color density read every 500 sheets; deviations stop the press immediately.
In-line assembly
Gluing, folding and magnet alignment checked by both sensors and operators.
Final AQL 2.5
Random sampling on every carton before packing. Photo report shared with you.
